What to bring Bring as many of these items with you to your first consultation as possible: A copy of any ticket or summons a police officer may have given you. Your driver's license. The name, address and telephone number of your insurance agent. The names, addresses and telephone numbers of any witnesses to the incident (including passengers in your car).
